Tax levy requirements--additional indebtedness--election--ballotform.

184.614. 1. Before incurring any indebtedness under theprovisions of section 184.612, the board of the district shallprovide for the collection of an annual tax on all taxabletangible property therein sufficient to pay the interest andprincipal of the indebtedness as they fall due and to retire thesame within twenty years from the date contracted. The tax levyshall be in addition to that tax levy authorized by the votersas provided in sections 184.600 and 184.604.

2. For the purpose of incurring additional indebtedness asprovided in section 184.612, the board of the district shallsubmit the question to the voters of the district.

3. The question shall be submitted in substantially thefollowing form:

Shall the ................... Metropolitan Zoo Districtissue bonds in the amount of ................. dollars for thepurpose of ...............?
