Costs of petition, reimbursement, when.

184.825. The costs of filing and defending the petition and allpublication and incidental costs incurred in obtaining circuit courtcertification of the petition for voter approval shall be paid by thepetitioners. If a district is organized pursuant to sections 184.800 to184.880, the petitioners may be reimbursed for such costs out of therevenues received by the district.
