188.023. Any licensed health care professional who delivers a baby orperforms an abortion, who has prima facie evidence that a patient has beenthe victim of statutory rape in the first degree or statutory rape in thesecond degree, or if the patient is under the age of eighteen, that he orshe has been a victim of sexual abuse, including forcible rape, sexualassault, or incest, shall be required to report such offenses in the samemanner as provided for by section 210.115, RSMo.
