Warrants--issuance--amounts, how determined.

189.035. Upon receipt of the revised proposal under section189.030 from the state board of health, the commissioner ofadministration shall issue warrants on the state treasurer for anamount equal to the lesser of (a) ten percent of the local publichospital tax effort of the city, county, corporation, ordistrict, as determined by him under section 189.025, or (b) thetotal proposed appropriations approved by the board of health.
