Returns of election, where filed--effect of.

190.045. The results of the submission of the question shallbe entered upon the records of the commission and a certifiedcopy thereof shall be filed with the county clerk of each othercounty in which the proposed district lies, who shall cause thesame to be spread upon the records of the county commission. Ifthe order shows that the question to organize the districtreceived a majority of the votes cast, the order shall declarethe district organized.
