Dispatch agency, requirements.

190.134. A dispatch agency is required to have a memorandum ofunderstanding with all ambulance services that it dispatches. If adispatch agency provides prearrival medical instructions, it is required tohave a medical director, whose duties include the maintenance of standardsand protocol approval.
