Purchase of food limited to use of institution inmates.

191.150. Any purchase of food in any institution under thecontrol of the department of social services, other than theusual quality purchased for the inmates thereof, to be used by orfor anyone other than the inmates of the institution shall becharged directly to the individual responsible for such purchase.
