Appropriately trained employees to have completed course in dialysistechniques.

191.362. "Appropriately trained" employees of certified end-stage renaldisease facilities, excluding licensed physicians and registered professionalnurses, who may initiate dialysis shall be those employees who havesuccessfully completed a course of study in the dialysis techniques approvedby the department of health and senior services.
