Requirements for application.

191.515. An eligible student may apply to the department fora loan under sections 191.500 to 191.550 only if, at the time ofhis application and throughout the period during which hereceives the loan, he has been formally accepted as a student ina participating school in a course of study leading to the degreeof doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy, and is a residentof this state.
