191.674. 1. The department of health and senior services may seek inits own name in a court of competent jurisdiction a court order directing anindividual to undergo HIV testing without the right of refusal afterreasonable efforts have been made by the department to obtain informed consentto HIV testing. The court shall grant such order whenever there arereasonable grounds to believe that an individual is infected with HIV andthere is clear and convincing evidence of a serious and present health threatto others posed by the individual if infected.

2. The record of any suit filed pursuant to this section shall be closedto the public and, at the request of the individual, any hearing shall be heldin camera.
