Inspection of beverages.
192.100. The department of health and senior services shall have thepower and duty to administer all laws, orders and findings pertaining toinspection of beverages, except such as are administered by the supervisor ofliquor control, and the director of health shall delegate such administrationto the bureau of food and drug inspection.
