Penalty for violation.

194.110. Any person, firm, company or corporation, or agentthereof, who shall fail, refuse or neglect to comply with any ofthe provisions of sections 194.010 to 194.110, or any part ofsuch provisions, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and,upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum of not lessthan twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, orby imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty daysnor more than sixty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
