Falsification of documents, penalty.

194.280. Any person that in order to obtain a financial gainknowingly falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates a documentof gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift, or a refusalcommits a felony and upon pleading or being found guilty is subject to afine not exceeding fifty thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceedingseven years, or both.
