Emergencies, waiver of registration and record-keeping requirementsfor controlled substances, when.

195.041. In the event of an emergency as defined in section 44.010,RSMo, the department of health and senior services may waive theregistration and record-keeping requirements set forth in sections 195.010to 195.100 and their attendant regulations if the department determinessuch a waiver would be in the best interest of the public health.
