Civil immunity for persons required to report to the department ofhealth and senior services.
195.045. Any person, organization, association or corporation whoreports or provides information to the department of health and seniorservices pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and who does so in goodfaith shall not be subject to an action for civil damages as a result thereof.
