Unlawfully providing materials for production of a controlledsubstance, penalty.

195.226. 1. No person shall provide any reagents, solvents orprecursor materials used in the production of a controlled substance asdefined in section 195.010 to any other person knowing that the person towhom such materials are provided intends to use such materials for theillegal production of a controlled substance.

2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 of thissection is guilty of a class D felony.
