Prior and persistent offenders--possession, imprisonment for.

195.285. 1. Any person who has pleaded guilty to or beenfound guilty of a violation of subsection 2 of section 195.202shall be sentenced to the authorized term of imprisonment for aclass B felony if the court finds the defendant is a prior drugoffender.

2. Any person who has pleaded guilty to or been found guiltyof a violation of subsection 2 of section 195.202 shall besentenced to the authorized term of imprisonment for a class Afelony if it finds the defendant is a persistent drug offender.
