Prior drug offenders--unlawful distribution to a minor or unlawfulpurchase or transport with a minor--imprisonment for.

195.292. Any person who has pleaded guilty to or been foundguilty of a violation of section 195.212 or 195.213 shall besentenced to the authorized term of imprisonment for a class Afelony which term shall be served without probation or parole ifthe court finds the defendant is a prior drug offender.
