Prior offenders--trafficking drugs, first degree, imprisonment for.

195.296. Any person who has pleaded guilty to or been foundguilty of violation of subdivision (1) of subsection 1 of section195.222, subdivision (1) of subsection 2 of section 195.222,subdivision (1) of subsection 3 of section 195.222, subdivision(1) of subsection 4 of section 195.222, subdivision (1) ofsubsection 5 of section 195.222, subdivision (1) of subsection 6of section 195.222, or subdivision (1) of subsection 7 of section195.222, or subdivision (1) of subsection 8 of section 195.222shall be sentenced to the authorized term of imprisonment for aclass A felony which term shall be served without probation orparole if the court finds the defendant is a prior drug offender.
