Sections 196.010 to 196.120 not applicable to animal food or garbage.

196.090. Nothing in sections 196.010 to 196.120 shall applyto any ordinary animal food grown on a farm; nor to any preparedfood for animals the contents of which are stated on a labelattached to the package or container in which such prepared foodis contained; nor garbage fed to hogs.
