Standards and grades to be fixed.

196.321. The quality standards for grades of eggs, the sizedesignation and standards therefor by weight, and toleranceswithin grades, shall be established by the director through thepromulgation and issuance of regulations; provided, the qualitystandards and designations, size standards and designations, andtolerances within grades shall not be lower than thoseestablished by the United States Department of Agriculture.
