Dealer to furnish retailer with invoice showing size and quality.

196.338. Every dealer selling eggs to a retailer shallfurnish an invoice showing the size and quality of such eggsaccording to the standards prescribed by sections 196.311 to196.361 and by the rules and regulations of the director.
