Substandard products, sale or production prohibited.

196.595. Beginning September 28, 1981, no person shallproduce, sell, offer for sale or process milk or cream for themanufacture of human food except in accordance with theprovisions of sections 196.520 to 196.610 and the regulationspromulgated hereunder.
