The term "emulsified cream" means any milk, creamor skimmed milk, whether or not condensed, evaporated,concentrated, powdered, dried or desiccated, to which has beenadded that which is commonly known as process butter, or butterwhich has been clarified or refined by heating, boiling or bymixing under pressure, or otherwise, so that the resultingproduct is in imitation or semblance of pure cream arising frompure fresh milk.
