Penalty for violation.

196.715. Any person violating any provision of sections196.695 to 196.710 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Whenconstruing and enforcing the provisions of sections 196.695 to196.710, the act, omission, or failure of any person acting foror employed by any individual, partnership or corporation, orassociation, within the scope of his employment or office, shallin every case be deemed the violation of sections 196.695 to196.710, by such individual, partnership, corporation, orassociation, as well as the act of such person.
