Receptacle cleaned and returned to distributor.

196.830. Every person receiving milk, cream or ice creamfrom a manufacturer or distributor of the same in cans, bottlesor other vessels which are to be returned to the manufacturer ordistributor, shall cause such vessels, after being emptied, to bepromptly cleansed and returned.
