Operating hospital without license a misdemeanor--proceedingsto restrain.

197.120. 1. Any person establishing, conducting, managing or operatingany hospital without a license under this law shall be guilty of amisdemeanor.

2. The attorney general shall represent the department of health andsenior services, who may institute an action in the name of the state forinjunction or other process against any person or governmental unit torestrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management or operation of ahospital without a license under this law.
