Review of license denial or revocation by administrativehearing commission.

197.221. Any person aggrieved by an official action of the department ofhealth and senior services affecting the licensed status of a person under theprovisions of sections 197.200 to 197.240, including the refusal to grant, thegrant, the revocation, the suspension, or the failure to renew a license, mayseek a determination thereon by the administrative hearing commission pursuantto the provisions of section 621.045, RSMo, and it shall not be a condition tosuch determination that the person aggrieved seek a reconsideration, arehearing, or exhaust any other procedure within the department of health andsenior services.
