Action to enjoin violations, where filed.

197.274. The department may file an action to enjoin anyviolation of sections 197.250 to 197.280, or of the rules madepursuant thereto, or both. Such action shall be filed in thecircuit court of the county in which such hospice has its parentoffice, or in which such violation is alleged to have occurred.
