197.294. No information disclosed by the department to the publicpursuant to sections 192.019, 192.020, 192.067, 192.131, 192.138, 192.665,and 192.667, RSMo, and sections 197.150, 197.152, 197.154, 197.156,197.158, 197.160, 197.162, 197.165, and 197.293 shall be used to establisha standard of care in a private civil action.
