Home health agencies, license required.
197.405. No home health agency, including Medicare andMedicaid providers, shall provide two or more of the home healthservices covered by subdivision (4) of section 197.400 or shallhold itself out as providing such home health services or as ahome health agency unless it is licensed and registered inaccordance with the provisions of sections 197.400 to 197.475.
