Reports or investigations open to public, exception--requests formaterial, procedure, fee.

197.470. All reports or documents collected by thedepartment, or findings and decisions made by the department,under the provisions of sections 197.400 to 197.475, unlessdeclared to be a confidential record under any other provision oflaw, shall be available to public inspection upon writtenrequest. The material requested shall be made available withinthirty days after receipt of the request. The department maycharge a reasonable fee for the copying of any material.
