Posting of inspection reports at the facility.

198.030. Every residential care facility, assisted living facility,intermediate care facility, and skilled nursing facility shall post the mostrecent inspection report of the facility in a conspicuous place. If theoperator determines that the inspection report of the facility containsindividually identifiable health information, the operator may redact suchinformation prior to posting the inspection report.
