Medical supervision for residents relying on spiritual healing notrequired.

198.042. Nothing in sections 198.003 to 198.096, or the rules andregulations adopted pursuant thereto, shall be construed as authorizing themedical supervision, regulation or control of the remedial care or treatmentof those residents who rely solely upon treatment by prayer or spiritual meansin accordance with creed or tenets of any well-recognized church or religiousdenomination. All remaining rules and regulations and minimum standards notin conflict with this section shall apply.
