198.155. 1. A health care provider shall not knowingly makeor cause to be made any false statement or representation ofmaterial fact in order to qualify either upon initialcertification or upon recertification to receive funds underMedicaid.

2. A health care provider shall not knowingly induce or seekto induce any such false statement or representation of materialfact for consideration, whether the consideration is direct orindirect.
