If petition sufficient county commission to order election.

198.240. If the territory, petition and proceedings meet therequirements of sections 198.200 to 198.350, the commissioners ofthe county commission shall in and by the order finding anddetermining the sufficiency of the petition and that theterritory meets the requirements of sections 198.200 to 198.350* order the question to be submitted to the voters of the proposeddistrict.
