Revenue bonds not an indebtedness of the issuing authority.
198.314. Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections198.312 to 198.318 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness ofthe state of Missouri, or of any city, or of the board ofdirectors, or of the individual members of the board ofdirectors, and shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness withinthe meaning of any constitutional or statutory limitation uponthe incurring of indebtedness.
