Federal grants, division may receive, purposes--application.

199.031. 1. The division may receive federal grants andaids for injury prevention and for persons with head injuries andhead injury rehabilitation under the terms of the grants and aidsand administer or pay them out subject to the provisionsattached.

2. The director shall approve such applications for federalassistance administered through the division as may be consideredadvisable after consultation with the Missouri head injuryadvisory council.
