Patient rights, rules and regulations, director topromulgate--exception.

199.037. The director of the division shall promulgate reasonablerules relative to the implementation of patient rights described insections 199.001 to 199.055. These rules shall not apply to facilities,programs or services operated or provided by the curators of the Universityof Missouri.
