Patients not to be committed, when.

199.190. No potential transmitter who in his home or other place obeysthe rules and regulations of the department of health and senior services forthe control of tuberculosis or who voluntarily accepts care in a tuberculosisinstitution, sanatorium, hospital, his home, or other place and obeys therules and regulations of the department of health and senior services for thecontrol of contagious tuberculosis shall be committed under the provisions ofsections 199.170 to 199.270.
