Functions of crippled children's service.

201.030. The crippled children's service is designated asthe agency of this state to administer a program of service tochildren who are crippled or who are suffering from conditionsthat lead to crippling and to supervise the administration of theservices that are included in this program. The purpose of thisservice is to develop, extend, and improve services for locatingsuch children, especially in rural areas, and for providingmedical, surgical, corrective and other services and care andfacilities for diagnosis, hospitalization, and aftercare.
