Sewer subdistricts governed by provisions of this chapter.

204.251. Except as specifically provided in sections204.251 to 204.257 and except for the alternative method ofcreation prescribed in the provisions of subsections 3 to 7 ofsection 204.250, sewer subdistricts created pursuant to theprovisions of subsections 3 to 7 of section 204.250 shall in allrespects be governed by the provisions of this chapter.
