204.257. The board of trustees of the common sewer district, in itsdiscretion, may create an advisory board for the subdistrict to consist offive members, each serving a term of two years. An authorizedrepresentative, not a member of the common sewer district's advisory boardunder section 204.310, from the sewer subdistrict, together with therepresentatives of each county having territory within the subdistrict, mayconstitute the advisory board for the subdistrict. The board of trusteesof the common sewer district may keep the subdistrict advisory boardinformed as to all phases of the planning and operations of thesubdistrict, and the subdistrict advisory board may make suchrecommendations to the common sewer district advisory board as thesubdistrict board deems advisable with regard to the construction andoperation of sewers and facilities in the subdistrict.
