Costs of common sewer district met, how.

204.360. The cost of any common sewer district of acquiring,constructing, improving or extending a sewerage system may bemet:

(1) Through the expenditures by the sewer district of anyfunds available for that purpose;

(2) From any other funds which may be obtained under any lawof the state or of the United States or from any county ormunicipality for that purpose; or

(3) From the proceeds of revenue bonds of the common sewerdistrict, payable solely from the revenues to be derived from theoperation of such sewerage system or from any combination of* allthe methods of providing funds.
