Sewer districts and water districts may issue joint revenue bonds.

204.375. Any sewer district organized hereunder and anypublic water district organized under chapter 247, RSMo, althoughconstituted separately, may issue joint revenue bonds, theproceeds, obligation and repayment of which shall be apportionedbetween the districts by contract, the basic terms of which shallbe a part of the notice of elections; provided, however, eachwater and sewer district combining jointly to issue such bondsshall comply generally with the requirements for the issuance ofbonds under their respective statutes.
