Board may accept grants of funds, material or labor and enterrequired agreements.

204.460. The board of trustees of the common sewer districtmay apply for and accept grants or funds, material or labor, fromthe state and federal government, or any departments thereof, inthe construction of a sewerage system as provided by sections204.250 to 204.470, and may enter into such agreements as may berequired of the state or federal laws, or the rules andregulations of any federal or state department, to which theapplication is made, and where the assistance is granted.
