Local government officials required to perform certain acts andservices.

204.470. It is hereby made the duty of the mayors of cities,the circuit court, the governing bodies of counties, and allassessors, sheriffs, collectors, treasurers and other officialsin the state of Missouri to do and perform all the acts and torender all the services necessary to carry out the purposes ofsections 204.250 to 204.470.
