Levy and collection of taxes permitted, when.

204.612. The board of trustees of a reorganized common sewer districtshall have no power to levy or collect any taxes for the payment of anygeneral obligation bond indebtedness incurred by the reorganized commonsewer district unless the voters of the reorganized common sewer districtauthorizes the board to incur indebtedness at an election. All expensesand indebtedness incurred by the reorganized common sewer district may bepaid from funds that may be received by the reorganized common sewerdistrict from the sale of bonds authorized by the voters of the reorganizedcommon sewer district.
