Court action, limitation.

204.662. No suit to set aside the assessments made under sections204.680 to 204.730*, or to otherwise question the validity of theproceedings, shall be brought after the expiration of ninety days from thedate the notice is mailed to the last known owners of record of theassessments required by subsection 3 of section 204.660.
