Retirement and insurance plans to be provided for administrators andemployees of county health center--costs, how paid--duties of boardof trustees.

205.115. The board of trustees for the county healthcenter may either through purchase of plans or through plans ofself-insurance provide for suitable retirement, health, lifeinsurance, and employment insurance plans for all administratorsand employees of the county health center as a part of theircompensation, and the employer's cost of such plans shall bepaid by the treasurer of the board of county health trustees inthe same manner as other expenses of the county health centerare paid, except that the board of trustees for the countyhealth center shall be taken and considered as a "politicalsubdivision" as the term is defined in section 70.600, RSMo, forthe purposes of sections 70.600 to 70.755, RSMo.
